The course
About this course
Part one covers processors, memory, storage, operating systems and what a data centre provides. Part two covers network access control, authentication, encryption and compliance.
Part three covers physical and logical storage, data types, and relational and non-relational databases. Part four covers the OSI model, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS and IP addressing.
Each part is a taught session of three and a half hours. It is the recommended first step before Becoming a Cloud Practitioner.
